Hello friends, today I will introduce you to another Thai dish called Khao Kha Moo, which consists of steamed rice and pork leg boiled with spices until tender and soft. The fat on the pork leg will be soft and smooth when topped with the special sauce of Khao Kha Moo, which is a little sour. It will get more flavor when we add small fresh chilies and fresh garlic to cut the fat of the pork leg.
Today, my family and I stopped to eat dinner at Wat Chan Market. We ordered Khao Kha Moo and Som Tam Poo Thai. This was the first time we ate at this restaurant. I haven't eaten Khao Kha Moo in a long time because I didn't exercise much before and I have a little cholesterol. So I tried to avoid this menu. But today, when I saw it, I wanted to eat it for once. Normally, I like to eat Khao Kha Moo because it is fatty and has tendons that make it fatty and soft, chewy and chewy.
If you have a chance to come to Thailand, I would like you to try this menu at least once. Some restaurants will serve hot soup, but today this restaurant didn't have it. But the taste is good for me today.
Thank you to all my friends who have supported me.
