Actifit is an app that because of the reward system push you to walk, run, do any kind of activity. Finding also a competition with a goal motivates you to push more.

Since @crypt-skip and I are doing @cryptospa's challenge today to make 15K, I'm sure we will be around that number, just not sure of the timing. But I'll drop you a count if I see you haven't declared a winner yet! Over 10K is a good count, thanks for the motivation with your contest.
10000 is the goal. I have been so slack and not even worn the tracker for a week or so. Soon though, a 15k day will appear to make up for my lazy ass.
Just get 5k in. Swap the AFIT for steem upvotes, about a $1.00 per post, backlog is 3 to 4 days though i think
Yeah I have things to do today but need the bike to get around. Still not found a way to sneakily count pedals as steps!
@abh12345 bike riding counts as an activity as well! Unless you are talking about a motor bike - but you say "pedals" so I'm assuming you are meaning a regular bicycle. So count that activity!
