Main thing is to hang in there and be consistent. Also, up voting others, commenting and responding to comments also does wonders.

The daily art has taught me consistency... The commenting / responding is what I've been doing for years now.. I reply / like every single comment on each platform... though, I'm starting to see that some platforms (such as Steemit) may be better. I'll certainly give it my best effort!
