Firstly, never ever sell your cards. Lease them out for card renters. I make income every day from doing this and use that Steem to buy more cards from the market.
Secondly, you can rent the cards you need with Steem.
You don't have a lot of Steem Power, but you can become popular very quickly here if you aren't rude and engage with people. Reply to every post, answer every message, power up all of your Steem for a month and see what happens.
Thirdly, please do not beg for anything here. You will be rewarded for your effort if you are willing to work hard and engage with people and build your brand.

Look for some giveaways, some contest, some other things that could let you earn some easy steem/sbd. Look for some free SMTs here and there amd sell them on steem engine.
