Finally You have hit the 1st place with this kind of HDRish night shot of Antwerp. Great leading lines again well pressed by buildings from the sides. So we can only look straight forward investigation all those smaller details on the street. Very nice golden electric colors. So You say you are not outside every night? Don't believe :D
2ND PLACE

Very interesting wide panoramic view of Tallinn, Estonia. Again night view to the city with many lights and many details all around. Some nice color reflection from the water surface adds more interest

Again quite special color grading, which brings some special mood. Shot form the higher point and composition become more interesting. Softly colored cloud at the background brings some pleasant dissonance with straight lines of the buildings
HONORABLE MENTIONS
Another shot from higher position and to night city, but well illuminated. The wonder wheel obviously acts as main center of interest combined with curved line of the bridge and road. Overall very nice composition and some deep color toning
Daytime bright view employing reflection from the water surface. Good trick to make photo more interesting. Looks like construction goes quick out there... :)
Two clearly visible, but actually even 4 layers of houses in this composition. And all are quite different by height, architectural details and even by colors. Very nice mixture and very well diagonally composed and balanced by vertical line of the wall from the right
