Blacklisted. Currently SBI uses @buildawhale and @steemcleaners blacklists to help identify bad actors. If you get blacklisted by those account you lose the benefits of your SBI shares.

I made your transfer even though it was below the transfer minimum, because I thought your being blacklisted by steemcleaners was unfair and we've always had good discussions in the past. I did forget to send the confirmation when the transfer was made.
We do offer liquid refund (net of upvotes already received) for accounts that get blacklisted (so nothing is lost and the risks you're describing are removed.) Most Steem programs don't offer any refund to blacklisted accounts, so I think that sets us apart. We don't widely advertise that because I don't want to attract all Steem's abusive accounts.
