Why is the downvoting of our legitimate content and that of others acceptable? It seems illogical to us. We also question the promotion of Hive as a platform that is free for everyone make Hive, while in reality, a single downvoter on Hive can take away all earnings in a flash.
No matter how many promoters we get to promote Hive, it will not solve the problems that have been plaguing Hive for a long time. If you genuinely care about Hive's future, then immediate action is required today. Something must be done, or else Hive cannot survive if these blatant wrongdoings continue are we wrong to think this?
We are here to assist all genuine users of Hive, unlike those who use their power to manipulate the system they created. They claim that no one owns Hive, but we know who has control.
We ask, how is it that some people with power can start anything they like on Hive and upvote it with all their alt accounts, and their friends also tag along?
Has Hive turned into a farming competition? There are people on Hive who struggle to earn a few cents a week, while others are earning hundreds of dollars a week, and some are just powering it all down and dumping it on the market while telling others to invest that is messed up.
Onboarding people does not benefit Hive as most people who are onboarded do not stick around for long, and those who do stick around, just tend to sell all their rewards.
Those at the top need to make some changes, or else Hive is doomed, and it's only those at the top to blame. Hive could be something great, but it's currently trash.
We see the same controlled trending page every day, and there are just too many auto voters voting trash. We have said it before, and we will say it again, there should be a limit on the number of whales that can vote on each post.
Every day, we see the same individuals getting over-rewarded, and we see many orcas and whales self-voting.
Why is it okay for whales on Hive to make multiple burn posts every day, vote with their alt accounts, and earn big curation rewards daily when others would be downvoted if they dared do the same on Hive?
If there are rules on Hive, they should be followed by everyone, including those who set them. Why make rules if you cannot follow them?
Where are the Hive rules?
We will continue to fight our case until changes are made. We are being paid, so downvotes do not discourage us but show that we are telling the truth. We have tagged multiple people before and left comments to those who claim to care about Hive.
We ask you all to review your witness votes and funding proposals that you support. It can help us all make the changes we need, and it would be a good step in the right direction.
