I own and play untamed cards -- both summoner and monster. I own these in my three preferred splinters: fire, plant, and death.

For instance, I had quite a few Level 2/3 death and neutral monsters (in particular, those of "common" rarity); however, my default Death Splinter Summoner ("Zintar Mortalis") was only Level 1. I then found that buying an "untamed" edition Level 2 Death Summoner (in this case, "Contessa L’ament") was way more economical than doing so for said Splinter's aforementioned "Beta Edition" counterpart.

Two newly acquired "untamed" monsters that have really upped my game are:
(1) "Unicorn Mustang" [Plant]
(2) "Living Lava" [Fire]
