  • Yes, keep Mandarin as language of instruction

I support duel language programs but they should be allowed to keep the regional education in the regional language(s)/dialects while providing people who's first language isn't the regional some assistance. Rather that be with learning the regional language or providing translated material. With modern tech we can just point a camera phone at most languages and have them translated.
