Yes, I think you should remove the self vote prize. Besides, according to the ethics here, self vote is not an offense. I think you should only stop the prize but remove the column entirely.
Distributing that prize to the 11 - 15th is a good way to go.

Of course it does! I don't like that either and that should not be rewarded either.

I don't monitor alt voting - I don't know everyone's alt :)
The no self-vote just monitors votes to the same account you are registered with, but there are more than a few people just voting a different account. :/
