How I Prepared Dry Tomatoes Stew

Today, I would like to share with you a new recipe which I prepared - Dry tomatoes stew. It is a kind of meal that would keep you craving for more. Normally, people do prefer the fresh tomatoes but it is out of the market and very expensive if found. Now we are opting for the dried one.

This dry one is not that special but with the situation we are now I think is the best and the cheapest way of choosing it, its nothing but dry tomatoes stew. Actually I went to the market to get some fresh tomatoes but unfortunately I couldn't find it because how costly it was, then I decided to go for dry tomatoes instead.

Requirements:

Dry tomatoes
Ginger
Garlic
Pepper
Onions
Spicy and
Water

Step 1
I brought out the tomatoes and put it on the pot and I added water to it then I put it on the fire to boil for like 15mins.

Step 2
After that, I washed it thoroughly, selected and separated the bad ones from the good ones. Thereafter, I added my prepared ginger, garlic, pepper and onion to bring out the taste then I took it for grinding.

Step 3
On a separate pot I prepared the meat adding by pepper, onoins and maggi with small water then I put to boil for few minutes.

Step 4:
After grinding it, I put my pot on the fire put my oil, then onoins before I turned the tomatoes inside the pot, added my maggi and spicies, meat and I allowed it boil for a couple of minutes.

Step 5:
This is the final step where I put it down from the fire and I serve it rice, meat and egg. My delicious dry tomatoes stew is ready to be served and eaten.
