Are ye playing Fantasy Football?

I used to play it religiously when I was younger and before I had kids! I was handy enough too, as you'll see below. The first number is the yearly score and the second is the overall rank from millions of players.

I gave it up then, as quite frankly I didn't have the time for it. This year my eleven year old joined asked me to pick a team too! So, I'm back and it's been fun.

Here is how I'm planning to set up for this Gameweek.

Double Newcastle defence and double Newcastle defence.

It could be a stroke of genius or a disaster waiting to happen..

I've three players with minor knocks too, so fingers crossed they all play.

It was tough to decide on who to leave on the bench this week, and I actually have 4 free tranfers built up and 2.6 million in the bank. I'll hold off for now though, as I'm pretty happy with the team. It would be nice to buy Isak, but to be honest Wood, Cunha and Wissa have been doing a job for me, and I've already got three Geordies in my team, so not really an option without selling two players..
