Everyone likes a good sandwich, so here's an Ablaze special for ye to try.

Ablaze's tasty cheese melt

Ingredients:
Fresh bread
Butter
Ham or Turkey if you like
Chutney
Scallions
Spinach or Rocket leaves
Cherry tomatoes
Cheddar cheese

Ok, let's get to it, get all of your ingredients out beside you and roll up your sleeves

STEP 1: The first thing to do is get a loaf of nice fresh bread and lightly toast two slices.

STEP 2: While your bread is toasting, you can chop your tomatoes, scallions and cheese.

STEP 3: Your toast should have popped by now, butter it and If you are using ham or turkey put some on each slice of buttered toast.

STEP 4: Now add the tomatoes, scallions and spinach and top with cheese.

STEP 5: Now add the slices of cheese to each slide and heat under a grill

STEP 6: Make a nice big mug of tea to enjoy with your sandwiches
