The full cold 2 minutes at the end of daily shower will stay.
The weekday workout will stay.
The intermittant fasting and no sugar I know is not sustainable, but even doing so maybe two days a week will help.
For me the intermittant fasting is not a diet, as I already have a very healthy BMI, it's more for Gut health and giving my digestive system an occasional break.
