I think I am going to make this for a side dish along with tonight's braai! I love them when they have a little sticky-sweet sauce and the caramelized bits.

You won't be sorry, I'm used to a bread and meat type of braai, so these veggies are a treat!
You can say that again. There is something really delicious about braaid veggies. Peppers, mushrooms, onion and pineapple with that sweet and sour sauce is awesome.
