Hey @ablaze, your lunch looks delicious! And really healthy, so isn't that always a bonus? There's certainly a tendency when embarking on this sort of project to become an extremist and tyrannize yourself, which I think is what kills a lot of diets eventually. So allowing yourself the occasional goodie (or remembering that the occasional sandwich won't kill you) is a great practice.

Do you eat dark chocolate? Some find it bitter, but I love it and find it's a great switch for a sweet treat with very little sugar and loads of antioxidants and health benefits :D Just a thought. Keep it up!

Ya that's very true, while the idea here is to basically try to be a healthier version of myself. The good thing is that once a habit is engrained, I'm actually pretty good at sticking to it. The key here too is not being overly strict. Super healthy a few days a week is certainly better than not at all, so I'm going to try and keep it going as much as possible.

Good shout on the dark chocolate, I like dark chocolate alright, not as much as milk chocolate, but still like it.
