Delicious and very healthy, the ideal is as you describe it, plus protein and a portion of vegetables. I am going to apply this technique to lose some weight and do physical activity to complement it. Greetings

Yes, I always have plenty of both for dinner. The plate above was for my lunch. With no bread or sugar, it's important to have more meat for protein and strength and to feel full.

I feel it's important to not be too strict though, so Monday to Thursday I'm strict and then on the weekend I allow the occasional treat, although I've continued to avoid bread entirely (for now)

I'm already at a very healthy BMI, so my aim is not weight loss, rather bodily health, as I've been reading about the risks and dangers of high sugar diets.
