RE: Keeping the healthy buzz going

This is a very timely post as I’m painfully aware I’ve gained weight over January. My blood sugar is up and I need to make changes.

Good tips on the fridge being stocked with healthy food.

I’ll keep a better journal on here about it as that helps.

Ya keeping the fridge stocked is a great one. Also intermittant fasting I find excellent for deterring any evening snacking while watching telly.

So some days, I'll get up, do kids lunches etc and get to work. I'll have my breakfast around 12:30pm, have lunch around 2:30pm and dinner around 7pm. Then nothing again until 12-12:30pm the next day.

Your digestive system gets a break for 16-17 hours which I find great tbh..

If you've diabetes though, refer to doctor first as not safe for everyone.

Don't think fasting is a good idea for me, though eating less and better stuff, is what I need to focus on.

Ah Ok, good on you for being conscious of what works and doesn't for you. Best of luck with it. Even try one day a week to start with, where that's your super healthy day.
