Coefficient, the E for efficient. I wondered about that too, but I chose to focus on the important part...
It IS strange ... I'm telling you ... this is not something to lightly big up ... there are strange people quietly pushing their ideas and expecting that we will not notice the strangeness and frankly the "mini wrongness" -- should be KC, of course, not KE -- of their ideas.
