Many benefits, you will feel them in time! My only advice (that came from my physiotherapist and then confirmed by my experience) is that it would be best to practice twice a week if possible :)

That is what mine also suggested, twice a week. Hopefully, I will find the way for that second workout in the week in the following months 😇
