Sándwich de lomo (Argentina): A giant sandwich that includes sirloin steak, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, mayonnaise, chimichurri, ham, cheese and a fried egg. It is very popular in Argentina and Uruguay.

And although I have never been to those two countries, I had the opportunity to meet some Argentinians who were very good friends, and when they invited me to their house they always prepared that Sándwich de lomo.
