Working on cleaning up the yard a bit today. Just taking it slow, but heart rate has been better today which is nice. What did you end up doing today?

Just starting, almost 8 AM! I've got up early though, heart rate was 120 and a nice panic attack... Better now though! I'm glad you're getting along with the treadmill so well. I always feel dizzy when I get off one, always have and I'm not sure why! Thanks for the PIMP!
