No, its just harder on us.. I was hoping to have tall raised beds for short plants so they are easy to pick. Otherwise we would need to be on our knees all the time.. not a big problem with foam pads but just wanted something more ergonomic.

In the end if the beds fall apart that is the backup plan.. just take the wood out and till in place.
