Hehehe... Those "Niagara Falls" are like when you go to the bathroom and open the tap water... 🤣 Jokes aside, just listening to the running water in the middle of nature is so calming...
In my yard there is a spring that forms a small creek that runs just under my bedroom window. There are several little waterfalls and I am able to hear them as I fall asleep. When it is warm enough to sleep with the windows open, that is! Another reason to be looking forward to springtime!
Wow!! I would like to listen to a spring instead of my neighbors stomping all day... 😃
Now that you mentioned, I saw some cheap houses (for renovation) in the middle of the forest, in Portugal... And I noticed that some of them have a very similar "setup" as you (spring + creek)! Maybe it's time to go back to the woods! 😃
I have spent a few months in Portugal and saw many rural places where I would love to live! Certainly better than stomping neighbors.
