Yeah... On one side, it's good to keep your focus as you can do a better job... But, on the other side, it messes up the daily/weekly routines and creates a backlog of tasks... + it's not healthy... 😃

Definitely! In most cases, the downsides outweighs much of the upside. Achieving a sustainable balance is something we'll probably continue to strive for :)
