I love mushrooms so much, they are like little surprises hidden in forests and gardens. I see some images of mushrooms that glow in the dark and often wonder if they're real, others are so colorful they look straight out of a fairyyale.
Not all mushrooms are for eating though. Some are really delicious but I haven't eaten them in years, my favourite fact about them is that they are nature’s cleanup crew, breaking down dead plants and recycling nutrients into the soil. Cool stuff....
