Hive is making a move
Hive is starting to make some moves and it's great to see for all of us regulars who stuck by Hive through thick and thin posting daily or as often as we can and continually supporting other creators and like minded individuals.
We all knew about the Bitcoin halving that was coming in April 2024 and the likely Bull market which would follow and like clockwork it has once again clicked into action.
Every four years approximately, we have this Bull run and boom and bust cycle in Bitcoin and other Alt coins like Hive. Every time so far, the all time highs for Bitcoin are taken out again.
All of us Hive enthusiasts watched as Bitcoin soared, but many Alts continued to go sideways. Was it different this time? Would we just trade sideways and Bitcoin would take all the investments?
Us humans are innately greedy folks and always want more, so as expected the Alts have been making their moves. Some like Dogecoin defy belief, as there is no underlying value that I can see. $68 Billion tied up in a joke Meme coin! That my friends is nuts.
What about Hive?
Hive is finally starting to make it's move, with a 17% in the last few hours and I wonder is this just the start?
The beauty of Hive in comparison to Doge as an example is there are only 500million Hive in circulation vs 147Billion Doge. What does that mean? Well it means there are 294 times more Doge tokens, so every Hive you have is much more rare.
Then there is the market capitalisation. Doge is at 69Billion and Hive is at 185Million. That's 351X for Hive if it ever reaches Doge levels.
That would be some life changer. Is it likely? No. Is it possible? Yes.
If you asked anybody about Doge back in 2020 and where it could get to nobody would have said what it actually did and for me Doge had no intrinsic value, so who knows what the future hold for Hive?
Beat the 2024 high
The next target should be to take out the 2024 peak of around $0.50 and that could come very soon in matter of days potentially.
Then a stretch target over the coming months as the bull takes hold is the previous all time high seen below where we reached close to $3 Hive.
This Bull run will start to attract in new entrants who were too young to take part in previous Bull runs and boom bust cycle and the patterns will continue to emerge.
