i use a table with variable height. This way I can also stand at the table. Much healthier to stand than to sit.
Sounds good. I agree with you but I use desktop and it's somehow difficult for me.
Before I had the vari table I used a cardboard box to put on my table and put the mousepad an keyboard on there to be able to stand up.
this happens to me quite often. Do a cobra stretch and you will feel better
