#MyHiveGoals - And That Was 2023!

So here we are....End of the year!

And now I get to step back, and revisit how I did overall on my journey on the blockchain. Here's what I started out with on January 1st, 2023 and my targets for the year!

Hive Power Goals

Hive Power Target = 150,000

Hive Power In 2023 = 14,600.432

Hive Power Today = 98,768.066

So this is pretty obvious, but I didn't even get close to my goal of 150,000 HP. And for that matter, I didn't even reach 100,000 HP, a little milestone that I have reached before but would have loved to get to it again this year.

Here's what's going to happen in 2024 for me, I'm going to stop tracking my HP goals. I'm just going to continue to create, add value every day and can, and let the chips fall where they may be.

I should get to 100,000 HP in about a month and that'll be good for me. Just letting it grow organically now over time and enjoying more of the layer 2 projects on chain as goals and targets to shoot for.

LEO Power Goals

LEO Power Target = 45,000, then 100,000

LEO Power In 2023 = 65,974.61

LEO Power Today = 103,465.61

I mean, it's safe to say I hit my target(s) this year on LEO! When I started out the year, I set my goals super low and hit the 45,000 target fairly quickly. I then made the decision to push myself, develop a dollar cost averaging habit, and create as much content as I could directly on InLeo!

2024 will be no different as I have my sights set on 150,000 LEO Power to reach the 'Apex Lion' status on the platform. So there won't be many changes in my day to day activities to accumulate $LEO other than, you guys will be so sick of me talking about it all the time lol Fair warning...

100 Hive / Day Rewards

So this week I averaged 52.58 Hive per day, and if you take a look at my entire year, this is right around what I was earning daily. So here's another goal that I really didn't even sniff at.

Still, if you would have told me I'd average 50 Hive per day for the year I'd be jumping up and down. Obviously, this doesn't all come into my HP, it's spread out and goes into multiple projects including HBD....Which is going to be a focus of mine in 2024.

So we'll say goodbye to my 'Hive Per Day' goals in 2024. If you have followed my posts last week, you'll see where I'll be focusing on over the next 365 days...

• Growing $HBD (Starting at 301.98)

• Getting to APEX Lion on $LEO (Starting at 103,465.61)

• Building my ZING stake (Starting at 24,333)

Of course, I'll be monitoring my curation APR as well, which seems to be around 8-9% over the past 12 months....I'll always try to do better there because here's the thing....And a big reason why I'm so bullish on this blockchain year after year....

Our chain allows for us, token holders, to distribute rewards through curation! So as I continue to create on chain, I'll be doing everything I can to spread those tokens out....Hive and LEO!

And the next adventure begins.....This week!

Here comes 2024 and I hope every single one of us has an epic year on chain. No matter what the project, what you focus is, I wish you nothing but success in the new year.
