Hello everyone, happy new week.
Today, I want to share with you my latest art work. It's a portrait drawing of a former president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhara.
I remember back in my university days when this man was elected. People were tired of the then government so they needed something new. Buhari brought the sloga 'Change' and some people accepted to that change without asking about the kind of change he was talking about.
A positive change? Or a negative one?
Sometime, we fail to enquire about what was brought to us but just suddenly it with open arms.
Here, I drew him wearing glasses and putting on his traditional hat. He is obviously in a good moon and the wrinkles formed in his face entails he is coming of age.
The portrait was done with a blue ballpoint pen on a cardboard paper. I used scribble technique to create this piece.
Below are my step-by-step processes:
Thank you.
