I've never been up there. Another place which may be good when things are still not lock down here.

I think its much better value than the deck. Although I couldn't stand right by the side of the building with an unobstructed view, I'd much rather linger around for longer and chill out comfortably whilst watching the change in scenery.

I went up the Singapore Flyer before and the idea was to also catch the changing day to evening.
