Hi guys,
how are you doing today and happy sunday
Today I’ll be sharing with you a drawing titled “PEEK-A-BOO” which illustrates one of my childhood games and the happiness in children’s innocence
—————- PEEK-A-BOO —————
Behind small hands, our faces are buried,
a world concealed in Laughters and joy
Patiently waiting to be revealed at the right moment,
Under a midday rays on woven mats,
Children dance in playful haze.
"Peek-a-boo!" A timeless call of untainted excitement,
Under mango trees so tall.
Grandma chuckles, mother cheers,
Memories carried through the years,
A reminder of a warm childhood.
No screens, no toys, just hearts so free,
Like the birds in the sky, like the undyinh urge
For my mother’s morning akamu.
Hiding, seeking, wild with glee.
In village dust or city street,
A childhood game, so pure, so sweet.
