Hello everyone in the community! Today que i bring here a brief summary of what Downtown Summerlin, in Nevada, is all about. It is located in the community of Summerlin in the south of the state of Nevada, being a relatively new area (approximately 30 years old) and also one of the most prestigious in the country (in 3rd place according to REDFIN). The latter is due to its well-thought-out urban planning, the objective being to create an area with all the amenities for residents, workers and tourists. There we will find commercial stores (most are located in Downtown), baseball stadium, business buildings, entertainment areas, residential areas and more. What also makes it relevant is its accessibility from one point to another since its roads, avenues, streets and pedestrian paths make it possible. Come with me to meet her.

Summerlin is a long-term project, as it is still being built by The Howard Hughes Corporation, however, it offers the possibility of acquiring own homes and jobs for local residents. With a total of about 23,400 acres of land, they have become a fairly strong community within the state of Nevada. I visited the place with my sister during December, when I was looking for gifts to give on December 24th. This was in Downtown's Central Square. When you look at its buildings, streets, landscaping and details of the place, you will notice that the idea was to show a modern style that was impeccable and avant-garde. Unlike Downtown Las Vegas, here we will find more of a typical Center of a new community that seeks to match the most modern cities in the country, detaching itself a little from the eccentricity, lights and "picturesque" of the first.

Acompáñame a conocerla.

The Center can be visited in a matter of four to five hours (although it can be a little more). It depends on what you are willing to see or are looking for. Now, as you can imagine, it is not as affordable a place as others in Nevada because although you can find a variety of stores and prices, you will most likely notice that high prices are the norm. As expected in a community like Summerlin. At that time, which was a month of celebration (December), several stores offered discounts, however there is not much difference. I point this out because i believe it is important to make it known that a new community that offers a high standard of living requires an investment. Especially if you are willing to live there.

With all this, i come to the conclusion that despite its high cost of living, many people are willing to move there because it is a quiet area and where they have all the amenities at hand (work, housing, entertainment). Which suggests a prediction that in the future, Summerlin will become a much better known community and the number one choice for Nevadans. In any case, if you are just passing through like me, Summerlin will seem like a beautiful little metropolis in southern Nevada. It's worth visiting. I forgot to say that there was also a skating rink at the Center and Lucia was quite adorable with the Christmas decorations. Without further ado, thank you very much for stopping by and reading my post. A hug.

I saw this on pinmapple. Thanks for sparking a memory. I lived in Summerlin back in '08, off Sahara and Oakey. Had a favorite nice bar back then—Mister D's. Heard of it?

Greetings from here. I am glad that my publication has reached you, who lived there. Hey, not really, because I was mostly getting to know the surroundings and went in only to clothing stores (it was a visit for that purpose). But I googled and it seems to be a very fun place, with an air of that 50's style. On my next visit, I'll take a walk there. Thanks for commenting.

Congratulations, your post has been added to Pinmapple! 🎉🥳🍍
