Under the scorching African sun, two friends sat on a worn out wooden stool, their feet covered in dust, their bonds spreads through the village. One of them has his hand cupped over his mouth, whispering a secret into the other’s ear, secret only they would ever know. It was a promise, a childhood pact bound by trust, mischief, and dreams too big for their small world. No matter what life took them through, rivers of change or storms of hardship, they vowed to always stay together, just as they had since the days of chasing fireflies under the moonlit sky.
