Hello @elizabethbit Sis! I totally understand how you feel. My nephew and I have been getting the house ready to sell and I really get tired! I think this winter season has played with us more than usual. I'm still finding myself a bit down, although I try not to be. This getting old and life in general is not for the timid, that's for sure!

Yes, winter has been very strange this year @elizabethbit, Sis! I have been really down since October, but finally feeling somewhat better now like I got over a very very steep mountain. I am trying to have a very positive outlook more than ever. I know that can be very difficult at times. Yes, I agree that life can be extremely hard and not for anyone timid. I'm trying to think of nicer things/thoughts and be more grateful for what I have now. I am also working on showing kindness more often. I understand, Sis. It's hard isn't it. We do the best we can though but I wasn't for a while. The negativity over powered me but I'm doing much better now. Yes ignore it put your foot down and tell yourself to be kinder to yourself. I had to do that one.
