I don't know much about Pepe & Meme. But, when it comes to delegation. I checked that there are so many good projects on Hive that rewards delegatees (e.g. leo.voter, brofi...etc). The one I am not sure about is SORT. When it comes to Steemit, there are others as well. I agree with you about Blurt. I only see those two.

I'm not sure if it is better to delegate to 1 account or more than one.

        For Delegation on Hive @ecency is the best … I have tried them all…. For Delegation on Blurt and Steemit either @upvu or @jsup they all pay out very high rewards for delegated Power.
