Welcome @ylania ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ - Iโ€™m newbie too but already meeting many wonderful kind Steemians and enjoying the journey. As you said, yes we do need more hours in a day ๐Ÿ˜. At the same time a thought came to me and said โ€youโ€™ve got around 400000 hours on this planet (well if I live another 50years that is) and itโ€™s you choice how you spend these hoursโ€. I smiled ๐Ÿ˜ŠI will try my best to spend every hour with mindfulness and meditation filled with love, compassion and insight. Welcome and enjoy the journey ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

        I try to give my best in every situation but sometimes that's exhausting. I still don't know how to separate those situations which are or which are not worthy of my energy. Practice, practice, practice. And then some more practice hahaha
