Welcome to steemit! It is all a bit confusing at first but it is definitely worth it because there is an amazing community here, one like none-other I have ever been a part of. There are many different kind of groups you can join from pro-marijuana groups to foodies to stackers and everything inbetween depending on your personal preferences so stick around a while and see all of what steemit has to offer.

BTW i love your name ;) Of course I am a pot smoking hippie so probably no surprise there. lol. anyhow, hope to see you around.

        @moderndayhippie thank you. Lol who ever doesn't like Marijuana I am weary about lol jk. Yes it's a bit confusing but it takes time to learn. You will definitely will be seeing me around here. Still deciding what I should be post, I really enjoy singing so maybe I can show off my "average" singing voice on here if I'm brave enough to!

              Im weary about those people too! 😉 LoL. Posting isn't nearly as important as commenting when you first join, that will help meet people and get you some followers so your post don't just dissapear into the ocean of steemit posts.

              There are a few groups on here that do open mic days and karaoke both have rewards for winners. Everyone is incredibly supportive and hrlpful. You can also post it on @dtube (youtube for steemit) and might find some fans who tip rather good.
