Hi, we are Annette and Jim! Poets at large! We are new to Steemit and find ourselves here, attracted by the community of out-of-the box thinkers and artists looking to evolve. Thank you for being here!

We started a conversation about Tantra late last year and it just kept going so we started a Google document and gave it a name: Tantra Banter! Since then, it’s snowballed into our creative monster-baby and we’ve both quit our jobs and are dedicated to making our pastime our full-time! We connect with others tired of the monotony, boredom, underwhelm, and addiction to sensation, saying to themselves, "There's gotta be more...".

Since this conversation has held our attention, we thought you would want to know more too!

We are on a journey, an adventure, a mission, a pilgrimage to explore consciousness and an unbounded life of mindfulness, presence, simplicity/minimalism, dreaming, creativity, imagination, and conscious creation.

We are Millenial Pilgrims exploring Inner Space!

We meditate daily, while practicing mindfulness throughout the day.
We confront our egos, getting to know the many archetypes that exist within ourselves.
We work to dissolve false constructs in order to find Truth.
We document our lives/experience through all media: written, visual, and audio!
We travel and meet folks, starting conversations about dreams, imagination, and creativity.
We are creating a vision of a DECENTRALIZED LIFE that we create from our imagination, raw and real and to the root!

We take all this reading, learning, and practice and distill it into a digestible format to share with others on the good journey.

Our vision for TantraBanter is a Shift in Consciousness. Not only for us but for the World. To be in touch with consciousness in reality, manifesting a new future for the whole of the planet: a future that encourages expansive new growth and leveling up our consciousness.

Our mission is to encourage people to think far, far, FAR outside of the box.

Oh and don’t be afraid to use other STEEM based apps to access your blog. steempeak.com for example is a great different experience of STEEM content 👍🏻

Hiya @wakeupkitty! Never?!?! Wow, I thought I was bad at 1 or 2 per year. Since I've started this practice I am dreaming nearly everynight and back to using my imagination during my waking hours and creating!

Oh I thought you meant by dreams... Future plans/goals.

Everybody dreams (about 8 a night they say) but most do not remember them.
I had a period I wrote them down, woke up, wrote it down slept, etc... In the morning I read what I wrote and took the message out of it.

Now I remember most, there are once back in bed I continue the dream.

The more time you use a day to think, relax and think the less busy you are at night.

Now my dreams are more like thoughts.. Frequently I write my stories in my (half)sleep.

I was welcomed with good advice too when I started so here i am. I know that steemit may seem very overwhelming right now but don't worry. After a few blog you will be the best blogger and contributor.

Seven suggestions:

Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
Use your active key only for wallet transactions,
The master password is only to reset compromised passwords,
DO NOT lose your passwords; copy and store offline,
Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written without credit,
An introduceyourself tag is for one time use, and
When you open your steemit.com, in the upper right corner of the page there are 3 bars. Click on those, and then on the "welcome", and you will get a lot of reading material that will help you.

Lately, I dream of days where I won't have to concern myself with the time of day. Though, considering someday my journey in this world will end and time will no longer be something that binds me, I'm grateful for what I have now. LOL, I suppose this just means I'd like a vacation. We encourage everyone to explore the various posts and to leave personal comments on those that you wish (for example - thoughts regarding the content or a sharing of a similar experience you've had).
