Every time I've announced the fact I need a rest, I end up sticking around for weeks or months after. I find it's best to just go, see where it takes me, then return when there's no reason to be away. Can't schedule a return date because what if I don't make it back in time or something comes up. This mysterious approach of mine seems to be the only way to get it right. It'll take a little while though before I can get back into the daily grind and have something new every day. That's the next step though.
