I can't stand roast turkey. I really like the idea of tacos for Xmas. Everyone can build their own. For the traditionalists, I might even make some turkey based taco meat.

        I hope so, it was genuinely a great one. I kept alternating between fish and chicken till I was so full I couldn't move. Was the nicest Xmas dinner in a long time!

        I am the same with turkey, it's such a bland meat but it could probably be spiced up enough for a taco, hehe 😀😀
