A couple of weeks ago i was at Rama IX Park where to my surprise they have converted partial area of this 200 acre park into the most beautiful flower market you will ever see in Bangkok.
Let me start you of with one of most favorite alien plants the ones i love most apart from the bonsai trees did you know that are are approximately about 1750 known species of the Cactuses and i do think all the species are here at this market today.
This flower market i am seeing here today is honestly one of the most colorful and organized markets in Bangkok you know it's so huge they even have a huge section for vendors to sell you food because you would need a full day to see it all and they have a small carriage train to take you around the flower market how cool is that.
This is one flower market that i am so happy to have discovered there is so much here to see and learn most of what i am seeing here is just so fascinating , especially these cactuses that i never even knew they could produce such lovely colorful flowers and they were real no glue on flowers and so pretty looking.
This one i had to look at several times to make sure it wasn't a glue on flower it was real.
There were also many vendors selling gardening tools and pesticides and what ever seedlings you wanted flowers , fruit trees and veggie plant seedlings.
Bird baths , Pot Stands , Fountains and a variety of little funny statues for the garden.
There were just about every color , shape of flowers you could think of Roses , Orchids , Petunia flowers and the list just when on.
It was a endless list of varieties of flowers you could pick up from this flower market.
These Lemons were strange i have seen round Lemons , oval Lemons but never these long Lemons looked like a small watermelon size just blew me out probably a liter of Lemon juice in them...lol 🤭
My other favorite plant is the Bonsai tree i covered a lot of them in Part #1 but here are some more i saw around the market a great plant to have if you have the time and patience.
Coming around the other side of the market there were about another 20 vendors with some more really unusual fascinating Cactuses just never ending like i said early i am sure they have all the 1750 specious here today.
Don't you just love all these little fellas check out these ones they have been grafted onto another cactus pretty neat...yeah 🙂
These wood log carvings of little monsters and creatures would look great in a garden how cool are they.
These were funny looking bushy cactuses great for hanging or ground landscaping.
This fireball bush of flowers is also great for landscaping decorating.
And these beautiful assorted colored Petunia flowers will just about make anything look great 🙂
Thank you @dswigle for giving us the opportunity to show of our countries markets on #marketfriday it is certainly a very knowledgeable subject to see what our neighboring countries can bring to us.
AND
Thank you @travelfeed for providing this opportunity for us to create travel content of interest to the people out there it's the next closest way to imagining of be there in person.
