Look @justineh , I found another nasty offender . Its @buildawhale bid-bot that is run by nasty @themarkymark . Twice a day that bid-bot just copy-paste the same content and gives itself massive self upvote . I think you should show your disagreement with rewards
Steemit users are totally out of control , how many times you have to explain them !?
REWARDS ARE MEANT FOR CERTAIN ACCOUNTS ONLY , THE REST SHOULD JUST PLUCK OFF !!!!
I always remember the sentence my teacher says often: You should meditate at least 20 minutes each and every day except if you are busy - then you should meditate an hour at least.
Great post, I enjoyed reading it!
very inspiring...our teacher told us that he is to give us 25%, the rest is upon us to work on..through reading and research
It might sound strange but the way I read about which helps me is pretending my body is full of water and imaging is slowly seeping from me.

hey nice post, meditation may be as important as physical exercise for human beings, it's a great tool and activity to develop a healthier lifestyle, but i think you contradicted yourself by writing some of this, first you said it can only be done by oneself and our inner teacher who knows more that we think, i liked that i think so as well, but then you said having a teacher is better so it can initiate us with techniques, if you had to choose between doing it alone or group sessions? what would you choose?
