Everyone gets a free 100% downvote tied to their PAL stake every day. If you hold PAL and want it to retain value, it's just as much your job as any of ours to take out the trash.

I was thinking about the same thing. Steem and PAL voting should be seperated to get the full benefit for the free PAL downvote.

It will still upvote or downvote on STEEM. Interestingly enough, the next hardfork for STEEM is going to have the same 50/50 rewards split and downvote pool. 🤔
