Water excursion along the canals of St. Petersburg (Spit of Vasilyevsky Island and Rostral Column)
Last summer my family and I traveled around the country a little. I took a lot of photos on this trip. And I want to share them.
Sailing along the Neva from the Peter and Paul Fortress downstream, our pleasure boat found itself next to the Spit of Vasilyevsky Island. This is the name of the part of the island protruding into the Neva, on which the famous Rostral columns are located. Only one column is visible in the photo. The Exchange building is slightly visible to the left of the frame.
