Your place looks festive already! It looks ready for company, cookies, and cocoa. Sorry to hear about your mother. Will she be able to celebrate with you at all?

I miss Christmas in Spain. It goes through the Epiphany on January 6, when gifts are opened. Mostly, though, I miss the polvorones (christmas goodie), though!

        It is starting to feel a bit like Christmas around here!
        They have transferred mom to University Hospital in Madison. She has some pretty serious stuff going on, much of which seems to have been caused by drugs she has been given for various ailments.
        Christmas in Spain would be lovely!
