The white hoarfrost has been at the lake where the air was humid. The air in the forest behind was not as humid and it takes a while until some hoarfrost grows there, because we have had really warm weathe rand rain the days and weeks before.

I know, it's !DERANGED to give !BEER at Christmas, but the !MARLIANS in the !shop didn't have any !COFFEEA 😉

No, not weird, my friend - the air is humid and freezes on the plants, that's all, and the same happens when there's a lot of dense fog ;)

Yes, only to take photos: I got up early, drove to the first lake in Italy, went for a walk and took some photos. Then I drove on to this Nature Reserve and there I had a nice short walk through a forest, before I reached this little lake. I have been back home on time for lunch at midday :)
If my family didn't want to sleep the whole day long I would have asked them to accompany me and have a coffee or even dinner somewhere, but they prefer to sleep the best time of the day.

I know, it's !DERANGED to give !BEER at Christmas, but the !MARLIANS in the !shop didn't have any !COFFEEA 😉

Wow, so kind words so early in the morning (it's 6 o'clock ;), thank you so much, @suzana72.

Now, in Winter there are not so many visitors there, although quite a few came and left while I was there, but in Summer you have to be there much earlier. Fortunately in Summer the sun rises earlier too and the tourists sleep as long as in Winter ;)

Yes, thank you so much @cezary-io, that was a very calm and almost windless morning, and I was glad, that the few tourists, which came there for an early visit, have left after a quick overview. Because it's Winter that place is not really interesting, but in Summer there are always many people there and you have to be there quite early in the morning... ;)

Da gibt's in dieser Jahreszeit nicht viel andere Möglichkeiten, speziell wenn es viele Regentage gegeben hat, weil die Wege durch das Gebiet und auch an diesem kleinen See sind alle ziemlich überschwemmt - also bleiben nur ein paar Plätze für Fotos übrig ;)

Ja, das ist Quell- und Sumpfgebiet - ein kleines Naturschutzgebiet. Im Frühling ist es schöner, wenn alles wächst und grün ist.

Der Himmel ist etwas bewölkt heute, was aber egal ist, weil ich onehin im Büro bin - da könnte es von mir aus auch regnen ;)

Wenn die Straße zu meinem Elternhaus bis um etwa 10 Uhr geräumt ist, dann habe ich auch nichts gegen zwei Meter Schnee. Ansonsten bitte weniger, weil sonst meine Mutter umsonst kochen würde ;)

Sehr schöne Fotos! Das bringt Winterstimmung in den feucht-warmen Norden ;-) Heute Nacht allerdings hat es gefroren und die Sonne scheint :-))) Am Vormittag zog dann ein Schwarm Kraniche über unser Haus... als wenn jetzt der Winter kommt... ich bin gespannt. Lieben Gruß Kadna

Seit Weihnachten haben wir schönes Wetter, der Regen hat aufgehört und es ist kälter geworden. Jetzt hoffe ich nur noch auf Schnee, denn von dem haben wir im Tal noch nicht viel bzw ist fast keiner mehr vorhanden ;) ... ja, jetzt kommt der Winter, hoffentlich 😉

... and I forgot to say, that I also might "look" old in a few years time, but inside my old looking head will always be a !DERANGED kid's brain ;) lol
Let's just hope that we get old without the need of help from others to go to bed, to the toilet, to wash, eat ...
