My first of the new reward cards.

I don't know exactly when the new set was released but it's taken a long time to get here and to max out one of the reward cards. Grinding away every season for more glint to complete the full collection.
Since the rewards changed to soul bound there isn't quite the same incentive to keep playing and growing your collection but i've been here long enough that I'm not giving up growing yet.
I do think that soulbound could work if the release price wasn't so high. And there should never be a time limit to release the cards. That's a rule that hurts the economy by cutting off revenue streams.
If it costs $5 to release a card then economically speaking if the market price of the card ever goes over the $5 mark the people will want to release cards burning DEC once it's profitable.
I do think that the release price is way too high and since they are reward cards it would make sense to have them reasonably priced.
- $1 legendary
- $0.25 Epic
- $0.10 Rare
- $0.01 Common.
That sets the base price for every card at a reasonable level that is tempting enough for people to earn them and release them.
At the current prices I won't be releasing any of my rewards since it's way cheaper to buy older cards and just hold my reward cards.
Current status.
Now that I've completed my first card it's just a matter of time to finish off the set. I've most of them near to completion so a few more seasons will go a long way.
At the moment there is no set date for this reward set to finish so plenty of time to finish off the reward set before the next one comes out. Every season stacks a big bag of glint for me to grab more chests.
Another month will go a long way with about 200k glint for EOS and then a few more along the way.
