The people who already a star ,people follow them because of there long past and if they start a new beginning i am very sure many of there follower leave them ,he will get only a very minimal people support during new beginning ,its a fact and human nature its same as profit and loss attraction -profit attract and loss not attract ,so its much better for the stars continue them self with there followers as they like him ,rather then put himself in trouble ,if you need to play safe
