Yes, you basically got the main goal of it. Every player starts as a small circle at the start of the match and as you eat little pellets of food, you grow larger. As you grow, you can start eating smaller players than you as well. The biggest player in the end wins the game and the price. It's a rather fun game when you manage to get many players together.
